This film is about a worldwide epidemic that encourages a biotech company to launch an organ-financing program similar in nature to a standard car loan. The repossession clause is a killer, however. the film has a very unique cast as Bill Moseley and Ogre from the band Skinny Puppy along side Paris Hilton.
